Originally, I try to smoothing the zh-Hant translation, but according the discuss in #788, it may more suitable to be placed into a individual translation file.

Sorry, It too hard for me to make a regional-free version due to lacking enough cross-region linguistic knowledge. and afraid would cause some unwanted controversy.
I don’t know if I really want to support regional differences in languages because the number of languages might explode, which would increase maintenance cost at little added value.
I’m not a native speaker, so is it really that different? Can Taiwanese people understand traditional or simplified Chinese? If this is the case, I would favor not introducing Taiwanese as another translation because it will complicate things and make them less consistent. I hope you understand. You can always provide your own translation at ease if necessary.
