Add MyEtherWallet and Metamask malicious crypto URLs ?
See original GitHub issueMyEtherWallet is most Metamask most reputable and trusted web wallets in cryptocurrency (crypto) space. @StevenBlack would you considers adding them ?. Metamask already has curated host file https://github.com/MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect/blob/master/src/hosts.txt and for MEW (MyEtherWallet) i could write a script and to convert a https://github.com/MyEtherWallet/ethereum-lists/blob/master/src/urls/urls-darklist.json into host
file.
