Dark mode header links not viewable on production hosted site

Nothing appears on hover over a section heading, but the link object is there. Example :

IMHO we should use a much stronger # next to the section so it’s hard to miss, I discovered this was a common patter (to click to get the section/head/ID and update the URL) by accident moving my mouse across the screen, I think many do. This helps a LOT with sharing links for users to point them to the right place!

IMHO this should only be closed when it’s on main (link a PR main <- develop to closing this issue?)

Sorry if this wasn’t clear earlier. The change is already in main. If you don’t see it locally please hard refresh couple of times and test again.

@NukeManDan This was patched in #338 It’s only visible during hover state, both in light and dark mode. This was part of the web-review, where I was asked to hide it and make it only visible on hover.
I’m pretty sure Dan M, asked around devhub channel (MM) before making this switch.
