Support for Right-to-left languages

Is there any plan to support direction="rtl"?

Main issues currently revolve around the column headers:

Scrolling makes them disappear, or “slide” to the left
Resizing, reordering is not possible
and more…

I might try to take this on myself and supply a PR but not sure when I can get around to it.
