can't log in with Microsoft / Facebook / Google, only existing accounts

Minimal steps to reproduce

Click login on the sample, choose the microsoft, facebook, or google option

Any log messages given by the failure

if choose microsoft: Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later. actual error message found in the url in the login popup -> invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter redirect_uriis not valid. The expected value ishttps://login.live.com/oauth20_desktop.srf` or a URL which matches the redirect URI registered for this client application. if choose google: Error: redirect_uri_mismatch if choose facebook: App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

For Facebook, the issue is this:

App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

So @zmmille2 just needs to set us all up as test users

Microsoft is fixed
