Provide an official Firefox extension

I’m using a modified unsigned version of the extension in debug mode for some time now. It works fine so far, and I’d like to make it an official Firefox extension.

Create an XPI package
Sign the extension. Do we need keys for signing?
Distribute to addons.mozilla.org
Use alternative favicon loading instead of Chrome-specific "chrome://favicon/"

This https://github.com/tabwrangler/tabwrangler/issues/168 might need to happen before publishing it to the Firefox extensions marketplace

Hm, did you see any warnings regarding the manifest? I don’t remember the exact warnings, but there was something wrong. Anyway, if it works for you that’s great. I saw some visual glitches on FF. There is some testing required before it can be published for FF. And we need some artwork and screenshots. I can take screenshots
