Another pair failed error

See original GitHub issue

Hello, i thing i tried everything from readme and still can’t pair TV. You can find homebridge debug log and tv api output bellow. I was able to turn off tv through different plugin, but i was hoping this plugin is better and have prettier syntax (https://github.com/nitaybz/homebridge-samsung-remote). In my tv settings i don’t have options as you wrote in readme, but i think i found it in different location (Network -> Expert Settings -> Mobile Device Manager -> Access Notification). On same level there is Mobile Device List so it should be same. I also tried to turn on the developer mode as described on Samsung Developers Page, but it doesn’t helped anyway.

Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance!

Hi, There are more methods to pair the TV. Another method is with a PIN.

Please get the demo from here and try to see if it works https://github.com/tdudek/samsung-remote-models-2014-and-newer

If it does, then my plugin is not compatible for the moment. I will try to implement it but it’s not on my priority right now since i can’t even test it. If the demo from that plugin don’t work, will try to see what we can do to fix it 😃
