Make Bootswatch available as a package for Bower

With Bower, someone could install the Bootswatch package and then include components/bootswatch/THEME_NAME.min.css
in their HTML files.

@nicolasmccurdy Thanks, I saw the files in the bower_components directory, but I wondered which ones I had to add, and if the adding could be done by grunt or bower. For example, the bootstrap was added automatically in my app/index.html file and it would be nice to have its theme installed in the same fashion, if that is feasible that is.
