Can't resize image with file_storage and file_loader option.

I use Thumbor to my image server. I config thumbor to storage and serve for client. Affter post image to server via REST endpoint and use Location of respone header to get this image (success), but i can’t resize (or any action) with this image. I trying with some URL below but all of them doesn’t work:
