Add INTERPOLATE
See original GitHub issueHow can I add Vertica’s INTERPOLATE PREVIOUS VALUE
? https://www.vertica.com/docs/12.0.x/HTML/Content/Authoring/SQLReferenceManual/LanguageElements/Predicates/INTERPOLATE.htm
I didn’t find it in the Customization / Dialects. I guess it’s not enough to add it to KEYWORDS as there is no available TokenType?

i guess it can all be done, the ast format is just python dictionaries. i have no plans right now to implement that myself, but i’m open to it
If I’ll have a nice dialect with many query types supported I’d be glad to upstream. For now I’m exploring if it works well or not or other tools (
sqloxide
) should be considered. It’ll definitely take a few weeks if I’m doing it. Maybe @sitingren and team would be more interested in supporting the Vertica dialect.@tobymao do you have plans sharing the AST format or integrating with other tools? Language server protocol, SQLAlchemy, sqlparser-rs, substrait.io?
