- branch out
2.3
from2.2
- directly cherry pick both https://github.com/vaadin/flow/pull/8002 & https://github.com/vaadin/flow/pull/8024
- bump version to 2.3-SNAPSHOT and push the branch
- prepare validation build project in bender for 2.3 version
- document this procedure to team wiki
- cherry-pick #8197 #8094 binder and open a PR
