Installation is freezing on Windows

I am on the latest Hyper.app version
I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

OS version and name: Windows 10 Pro
Hyper.app version: 3.0.2
Link of a Gist with the contents of your .hyper.js: N/A
Relevant information from devtools (CMD+ALT+I on macOS, CTRL+SHIFT+I elsewhere): N/A
The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: Is Vanilla

Issue

Installation freezes, and I have to kill the installer. This is the SquirrelSetup.log file:

It does seem that Hyper is working afterwards, though. I’m not sure if everything is 100% correct yet. Hyper was NOT added to Add and Remove Programs in Windows.
