Improve Recycle bin navigation and discoverability

Describe the bug
Viewing the garbage prevents the user from viewing the installed scripts. The scripts
url hash must be removed to get back to installed scripts
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to garbage
- Click on installed scripts
- Observe how it does not go back
Expected behavior Go back to installed scripts
Actual behavior Does not go back to installed scripts
What is the result in the upcoming release? The same
Environment:
- OS: macOS
- Browser: chrome
- Browser Version: 105.0.5195.125
- Violentmonkey Version: v2.13.1

Currently this is the intended behavior: you need to click the recycle bin icon again to go back. I agree this may seem counter-intuitive because it’s an unexpectedly different method to navigate in the UI. I already had an idea to make a
