Extract database related methods from utilities.py

Requirement

Create a new script databaseconnect.py and migrate the methods related to fetching from or storing to database to it

Pre-requisite

Elementary knowledge of Python

Dependencies

None

Description

Utilities.py is cluttered with methods related to NLP and database connections, it is necessary to organise this.
Remove the database related methods from utilities.py and move them to a new script databaseconnect.py.
Ensure all references to methods in other files are altered accordingly.
