Extract database related methods from utilities.py

Create a new script databaseconnect.py and migrate the methods related to fetching from or storing to database to it

Description
- Utilities.py is cluttered with methods related to NLP and database connections, it is necessary to organise this.
- Remove the database related methods from
utilities.pyand move them to a new scriptdatabaseconnect.py. - Ensure all references to methods in other files are altered accordingly.
