Non-latin titles

I get a warning inspection that says: “Non-ASCII characters in an identifier”
Looks like a bug to me. In any case, is there a way to suppress it just form markdown?

Step 1: Create a scope which contains all non-markdown files
Step 2: Apply the inspection for non-markdown files only
