Change `replace` default to `true`?

Seems most of the components I write today need replace: true, want to get an idea of actual usage. +1 if you think this makes sense.

As of now I’m inclined to preserve the current behavior, because

  1. the behavior of actual Custom Elements / Web Components is similar to replace: false (so are Angular 2 components).
  2. Defaulting replace to true makes it a bit weird when manually mounting instances (the template will replace the node that is mounted on) and when using inline-template
  3. Less breakage/migrating work for existing apps.
