feat: watchUntil

I have an idea:

const count = ref<number>(1)
const doubleCount = computed(() => count.value * 2)

watchUntil(
    count,
    () => {
        console.log(
            `The watch will be stopped automatically when the conditions return true`,
        )
    },
    {
        conditions: () => doubleCount.value === 10,
    },
)

Seems like that would be a different result than the proposed function. until would log the message once while watchUntil would log it 5 times.
