Doesn't work in Webstorm 2022.1.2

Installing the latest version 14.0.5 and then restarting the IDE does not prompt for API key It’s not possible to add the key manually from settings because the settings/tools menu for wakatime is also missing

I think this is what happened:

Initially I installed the plugin in Webstorm but it had some problem and it didn’t work Then I installed the plugin in VS Code - it worked and created .wakatime.cfg with my API key (thought I didn’t know at the time) New version for the plugin was released for Webstorm and I updated, but since I wasn’t prompted for API key I started looking where to add it manually and couldn’t find it

I guess I wasn’t prompted for API key, because of the existing .wakatime.cfg
