pynvml not support lookup process info
See original GitHub issueWhen I call nvmlDeviceGetGraphicsRunningProcesses, raise below exception.

pynvml, I’m not sure.@hstk30 That seems correct. It should never use
pynvmlas a dependency; actually this package should never have existed.
