[Broken] PornHub Creating Many Temp Files

Description

Downloading from PornHub results in a million .temp00.ts files being dumped. I tried using the --yes-playlist flag as well as not using it, same issue. It seems this only occurs when downloading a models/videos page (in attempt to download all their videos), individual downloads seem to download fine and do not open multiple connections either.

I’ve done this many times in the past (download all model videos), with the same command and had no issues on PH. This only started today. I updated yt-dlp to the latest, also tried with youtube-dl. I also tried deleting the cache directory, didn’t fix.

I cut off the log above, however it literally just repeats that for all the many videos. It seems to be opening multiple connections, then downloading to temp files but not merging? Not sure though.

I tried sending the logs to a text file, and it doesn’t seem to want to output the log past this?:

You only redirected the stdout. I needed stderr too

Anyway, the issue has been fixed upstream. I will merge it before next update Related: https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/issues/28698
