Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

When I try to pull ANY video on VEVO in terminal from OSX I get:

[Vevo] Retrieving oauth token ERROR: Unable to retrieve oauth token: <urlopen error [SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_PROTOCOL_VERSION] tlsv1 alert protocol version (_ssl.c:590)> (caused by URLError(SSLError(1, u’[SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_PROTOCOL_VERSION] tlsv1 alert protocol version (_ssl.c:590)'),))

However, pulling the exact same video using the Windows version works perfectly. Please fix? Here’s an example that works in Windows and not OSX

Same computer, it’s not a geo issue… no VPN or any other type of geo software in use.

Make sure that youtube-dl is using a recent version of Python on macOS.
