Status of full 2.2.0 release

What the current status of the 2.2.0 release track is. v2.2.0rc3 was issued ~25 days ago. Are there issues outstanding that are holding up the final release?

Motivating this question is the release of https://github.com/pydata/xarray/issues/1821 that depends on changes in zarr 2.2.0.

There are no outstanding issues, I was just giving it a bit of time. If you haven’t found any issues then I’d be happy to make a full 2.2.0 release.
