[Device Support Request] - TS011F by _TZ3000_okaz9tjs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After joining the Zigbee plugs, TS011F by _TZ3000_okaz9tjs to ZHA the numbers being pulled are incorrect, yet when using adding the same device using Zigbee2MQTT the Amps show as 2.1A, which is correct and the PolingSmartEnergy is 0

Describe the solution you’d like Fix the numbers.
