UI: Add a 3-dot menu button when displaying report

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The report now has a Set as benchmark button, I would like to add more functionality on the display report window but this will look too crowded.

Describe the solution you’d like Add a menu button on the top right of the display report window. The following should be true:

1. When clicking on the button the “Set as benchmark” should appear in the menu
2. Hover should change color to the same color hint that other buttons in Predator change to when hovered over.

Should look something like this: Preferably the 3 dots should be smaller than in the image (and with the color specified in additional context below).
