I am not sure when would this option be helpful

With this option as false,

When a normal member Adds a bot to group, Telegram says CHAT_ADMIN_REQUIRED
When an admin member Adds a bot to group, the bot gets added

Will this command be effective when a Bot itself joins through a Group’s invite link?

Please shed some light

This attack vector can be outdated, however, I’d like to still keep this option just in case/
