Display an alternative default page attachment chip CTA on desktop devices

The default CTA text of “Swipe up” does not apply to most desktop devices. To some users, this inaccuracy may result in the story desktop experience being seen as an afterthought when compared to mobile. We can consider displaying a desktop-friendly CTA when the detected UI type is desktop

There are a few possible CTAs that we can display on desktop devices: ‘Click here’, ‘Tap here’, ‘See more’, etc.
