3.0.0-beta can't send messages with emoji

What happened and what did you expect to happen?

If message has an emoji the send message request returns 403 error with "The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details." message

Yeah I think this is probably an issue with client-chime-sdk-messaging. How would you initialize the chimeClient ? That said I think aws-sdk js repo would be a better place to submit this issue.
