Brave window size increases on every new window if "Use system title bar and borders" is false

When creating a new window, it will have a bigger size than the last one. This only reproduces if the “Use system title bar and borders” option is not set.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new window several times.
- Observe how the new window has a bigger size than the previous one.
Actual result:
New window is larger than previous one, and it keeps growing.
Expected result:
New window has same size as previous one.

Brave version (brave://version info)
Brave | 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Arch Linux, using brave-bin package from AUR. 3840x2160 display with scaling set to 2x on KDE Plasma using X11 and SDDM X.Org flag “-dpi 192”.

I just got an update of Google Chrome to version 99. The problem is now fixed, so presumable it will be fixed in Brave soon too.
The file chooser bug may be related to GTK4 and not Chromium at all. I’ve noticed it as well and found this issue report - https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/4928.
