This is a very recent regression , introduced between 0.71.114 and 0.71.115

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clean install
  2. Open Brave
  3. Enable Rewards
  4. Open kjozwiak.github.io
  5. Open tip panel
  6. Select more BAT than you currently have
