Unable to update

I currently have homebridge-govee v4.12.2. Everytime I try to update, I get the following error:
Not sure what is wrong, but I do notice when homebridge starts that I get the following message:

- Do you use (1) Homebridge UI-X (2) Homebridge CLI or (3) HOOBS?
Homebridge UI-X
- Which of Homebridge/HOOBS do you have?
Homebridge v1.3.4 (Homebridge A118)
- Which platform do you run Homebridge/HOOBS on (e.g. Raspberry Pi/Windows/HOOBS Box)? Please also mention your version of Node.js/NPM if known.
Windows 10 on HyperV, Node.js v16.13.0
- Which version of this plugin (homebridge-govee) do you have? Has the issue started since upgrading from a previous version?
homebridge-govee v4.12.2
- Which Govee devices do you have that are causing issues? Please include product models if applicable.
No issues with the devices. I just can’t update the plugin version
