New [Feature section] used on Service landing

The problem

We don’t have a full-width Feature card / Promo band, which can be used for featuring a main piece of information (e.g. promo band, individual client story, etc)

The solution

We have created this layout component using our existing component Feature card large as a baseline, by extending to the edge of the grid (full-width of the 16 columns). Compare to the feature card large the text card and the image has swapped the position and added the card link on top of the image. This component is going to be used in Services & Consulting Landing page design.
