Error when enabling CLA for organization

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. I went here https://cla-assistant.io/ and clicked
2. Wanted to configure CLA for kyma-incubator but got 404
3. even though 404 displayed I refresh the page and see integration was created but without webhook

What is the expected result? Integration works with first use and webhook managed by cla-assistant is created in kyma-incubator

What happens instead? With first attempt there is always a 404 error but integration is created, nevertheless without webhook.
