GPS Malfunction error on 0.8.2

Describe the bug

On car start Comma 2 will display:

GPS Malfunction Contact support

How to reproduce or log data

1. Upgrade from 0.8.1 to 0.8.2
2. Stop/start car

Only seen once, and not since (10+ stop/start cycles).

Expected behavior

No error 🤪

Seen reported by someone else in Discord.

Preceding route to one with failure shows can false in useradmin, not sure if related to upgrade to 0.8.2 and/or this issue.

I used strings <qlog file> | grep -i gps and diff to compare failure with previous route. I see this only on failure:

0.8.3 with a fix has been release three weeks ago. Please update to the latest version.

The ublox seems to suddenly lower the message frequency from 10Hz to 2Hz or even 1Hz. Added some logging to boardd, so will turn off the alert until we fix the root cause.
