Empty/silent recordings to validate if tab is inactive for a while

- Check you can play the clip, do nothing else
- Leave that tab open for sometime (I check after 2h for example)
- Validate the clip, get the next one
- The next one is not playing
Console error when you click play on step 5
"NotSupportedError: The media resource indicated by the src attribute or assigned media provider object was not suitable."

FWIW, we found a bug in the fall where clip links were actually expiring after 15 minutes instead of the 12 hours it’s supposed to be, so this should be much less prevalent now.
