review had 1/10 of sentences came from wrong language

I found a weird bug when reviewing the records of zh-tw at https://voice.mozilla.org/zh-TW/listen

About one of ten sentences are from zh-hk (Cantonese) instead of zh-tw. Those sentence only appear in zh-hk corpus, and sounds like they are correctly recorded by HK people in Cantonese.

This is the xhr request for the clips when I entering review,

https://voice.mozilla.org/api/v1/zh-TW/clips?count=10

And this is the example JSONs of result from above XHR I got: clips.json.txt (the first sentences is zh-hk)

This is another response of xhr after page reload, the 7th sentences are zh-hk. clips-2.json.txt

It seems there is always one zh-hk records mixed in 9 zh-tw records. I can reproduce it every time.

Hello, thanks for reporting this! We pushed a fix for it in Sprint 30 and corrected all the previously misfiled clips. I’m going to close this issue for now, can you let me know if you experience this problem again?
