Suggestion to improve installation instructions for Constellation; include new starter guide and sample files

Description

There are no clear installation guidelines on the Constellation website which makes it a bit confusing on how to get the software installed and up and running. I was expecting an installer file to run after completing the download, I was not aware to run the .bat file on Windows. I did not know how to run the app with macOS. I ended up needing to search on github for instructions for Windows. I can’t find any explaining how to run for a mac. It would be great to have the quick start user guide available on the main Constellation website and some sample graphs to showcase the functionality.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Constellation website https://www.constellation-app.com/
2. Review for installation instructions -> unable to find any

Expected behaviour:

1. Download and install instructions are available and easily accessible, something similar to what Adobe provides as an example - https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/help/download-install-Photoshop.html
2. The quick start user guide is available on the website
3. There are some sample files for users to get a taste of the applications capability

Actual behaviour: I wasn’t sure how to get the application installed.
