Alexa devices working (e.g., as media players) but switches unavailable (including DND)

Describe the bug My Alexa devices all show up and appear fine, but all the entities (including all switches) are grayed out and unavailable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ‘Integrations’
2. Click on ‘XX devices’
3. Click on one of my Echo devices
4. Echo shows up under “Entities” heading with power button and volume slider, but everything under that is grayed out. This causes my automations that toggle the DND switches to fail. Announcements that use the Echo media players work fine.

Expected behavior The entities should be available.

Looks like websocket is working again at least in the US. That may resolve this. You may have to reload the integration or restart HA to reenable websocket.
