Last Call from Alexa is to slow
See original GitHub issueDescribe the bug In the past the info wich Alexa was called last was much faster. It takes now around 10 seconds until the media player info about last_called updates.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- call different Alexas
- Check the last_call info
- takes very long to switch between devices
Expected behavior Last call info should be much faster so automations/scripts build on this info can work faster

Same issue with VM installation in Proxmox. I also tried to do a clean install from scratch, only HA + HACS with Alexa_Media_Player, but the problem remains.
