[Bug] The font color of some LaTeX on some sites are not inverted

Bug Description

This is not specific to any site (though you can use https://pysathq.github.io/docs/html/api/card.html for testing), but the LaTeX on some sites are not inverted to be readable.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to https://pysathq.github.io/docs/html/api/card.html
Go to classmethod atleast and see the problem.

Expected Behavior

LaTeX is white in dark mode.

Actual Behavior

LaTeX is black in dark mode.

I used to set to SVG, but then Dark Reader started doing weird things to it, hence the extension.
