[FEAT] - Add mlh-guild to self-assignable roles

The mlh-guild role has been created in the discord server, and needs to be added to the bot’s self-assignable roles list. A description should also be included which says something like:

Assign this role to yourself if you are participating with our guild in an MLH hackathon.

Yep.

For future reference, when you open a PR that will resolve an issue, if you add Closes #<issuenumber> to the PR text, GitHub will auto-close it when the PR is merged.

For example, to close this issue with a PR you’d write Closes #464.

@nhcarrigan how about we make a pull request template with those tips and links to documentation on GitHub? It might introduce someone to it and they’ll use those keywords 😃
