Open source role without notifications

Add the option of no notification for opensource
role so that people don’t have to remove the role entirely.

Idea- maybe we can make it a reaction role, if the person reacts they get the role+notification, if they don’t, they can add it manually and not get notifications. (Just an idea, idk if that’s possible or not)
