Invalid url (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED) while zooming in when using the ImageryClarity basemap.
To Reproduce
See bug in jsbin
- Use ImageryClarity basemap.
- Zoom in a few times.
- See error in console.

the call above returns
true
for both theImagery
andImageryClarity
basemaps, but only the first one actually has a tilemap.
