FDP spec issues are merged with general spec issues (and tagged as FDP) - FDP spec becomes directory within frictionlessdata/specs repo (/fiscal-data-package/)
- Preserve FDP examples directory and expand to include (Tabular) Data Package examples
- Redirect http://fiscal.dataprotocols.org/ -> http://specs.frictionlessdata.io/fiscal-data-package/
- Redirect http://fiscal.dataprotocols.org/spec/ -> http://specs.frictionlessdata.io/fiscal-data-package/
- Redirect http://fiscal.dataprotocols.org/examples/ -> http://specs.frictionlessdata.io/examples/ (label FDP examples as such)
- Announcement made on OpenSpending channels
- Remove Google Analytics for Fiscal Data Package site
- Leave fiscal-data-package repo where it is, but remove content and update
README.md - Add metadata to /fiscal-data-package/ specifying repo where managed and have template use that information (this is first spec not managed in central repo)

I think fiscal data package should be on FD.io like the others. I see no point in linking to it on the current location.
