local linking broken: "Linking is not enabled on this server"
See original GitHub issueI’m getting a message, Linking is not enabled in this server in red text when I try to run /linkaccount from an unmodded Java client. I have tried running the command with no parameters, with my gamertag, and with my gamertag prefixed with the username-prefix.

player-link is enabled; require-link is false; enable-own-linking is true; type is sqlite; enable-local-linking is false. I will post logfiles and full configs in a reply.
