Explore how a generic condition could be implemented that allows the user to combine predefined atoms (e.g. regarding the operating system or date/time related conditions) with self-defined tests in Boolean formulas.

In other words, I would actually encourage developers to use the built-in conditions introduced in Jupiter 5.1.

However, we might want to leave this issue open in case the community clamors for a simple boolean-returning condition.
