Remote Desktop App Windows Are Not Recognized by FancyZones

Windows build number: FancyZones is Running - [Version 10.0.18362.295] RemoteApp connection running [Version 6.3.9600]
PowerToys version: 0.11.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): FancyZones
Steps to reproduce
Press Shift key while dragging a RemoteApp window.
Expected behavior
Pressing Shift key allows all windows to be resized and placed in zones via FanceyZones.
Actual behavior
Pressing Shift key does not initiate FanceyZones zones.

For what it’s worth I installed PowerToys on the remote machine and configured it to match my local machine. It “works” in the sense that when it’s a remote window the remote PowerToys manages it.
I re-built with newest code and tested again this did not fix the issue. Thanks.
