Command "Python: Go to Python Object" fails with error "command 'python.goToPythonObject' not found"

Expected behavior

The command would open the dialog window to type in a Python object to goto.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the command palette
2. Select “Python: Go to Python Object”

Hi @brettcannon, it still seems to happen when I uninstalled, reloaded VSCode, and reinstalled the extension.

However, I did notice the command does work when I have the “Jedi Enabled” setting ticked, so if I am guessing correctly this bug may be rooted in the “Microsoft Python Analysis Engine” mentioned in that setting’s description.
