Unable to drag views to reorder or move to different pane

- Notes: Running code-server and accessing via iPad running iPadOS 15.4 via Safari
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open remote code server
- Attempt to drag around icons and views
- Be disappointed, nothing happens

I’m using the magic keyboard with trackpad attached to my iPad when trying to move the panes. I’ve also tried using a Logitech mouse. Seems like the trackpad and mouse emulates touch rather than act like a normal desktop mouse.
