Unable to search the Marketplace when offline, please check your network connection.

I cannot search for any extension.
Obviously I do have internet connection. I tried to reinstall vscode, remove directories like .vscode in user home directory, removing folder for vscode inside AppData, Local, Programs ,… I removed all installed extensions, reinstalled vscode, tried also one version lower than latest one. Nothing helped. I also switched from dns 8.8.8.8 on my router back to the ISP’s automatic DNS to check if the problem was with dns, but it didn’t help. I waited one day as I thought that marketplace might be temporarily offline, but that seems not to be the case.
In Output in Log (Window) I have some errors like this:
[2022-11-14 19:28:20.960] [renderer1] [error] RequestService#request (browser) - error https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/_apis/public/gallery/extensionquery {"name":"Offline"}

Please help

It started to run after I opened Docker Desktop on Windows and docker has been initialized: I have no idea how that it possible, but nothing helped, except running Docker Desktop on windows
Now the marketplace works:
Can anyone explain this? I would like to know how it helped. Shutting down Dosker Desktop did not break VsCode again, the marketplace still works.
No network proxy, everything on my computer runs normally without issues, however to be able to have extensions marketplace working in VSCode I need to start Docker Desktop every time I restart my PC. From what I saw in developer tools: No network request was made. Just like VSCode assumed I’m offline and didn’t even try to make a request in network tab. However, when extensions are working properly, I can see a lot of requests in Network tab:
I know it’s like an impossible case. Last thing I remember I did that might cause the issue was update of my motherboard’s BIOS. Probably that doesn’t matter but I’ve upgraded my Asus x470 Prime Pro BIOS from 2018 to the latest version.
After update it looked like virtualization (SVM) setting was set to disabled and my Docker wouldn’t start. When I’ve enabled it again, everything worked fine and just few days later I noticed the extensions marketplace from VSCode was not working.
