[BUG]: Deleting image in an existing exploration is not working.

When I try to delete an image of the existing exploration I am not able to see the changes. When I click on save changes
the images is not getting removed.
Steps To Reproduce
- Visit https://oppiatestserver.appspot.com/
- Create an exploration with an image in the content and publish it.
- Now after that revisit the exploration and try to delete the image, you will not be able to do that.
Expected Behavior
I should be able to delete the image.
